Top WAG and star judge of X Factor, Cheryl Cole is apparently everyone’s dream date, as sales figures for her new calendar have skyrocketed.
The calendar featuring the former Girls Aloud singer is ranked as the third best selling item in the lead up to Christmas. At the top of the chart is a calendar featuring JLS and in second place a calendar with photos from New Moon, the second movie in the Twilight saga.
The entire top three is new this year with the former calendar leader, High School Musical, failing to even break into the top twenty for 2010.
Also showing disappointing sales this year in the world of calendars are the usual favourites such as Liverpool and Manchester United with both falling about five places down in the chart.
Cheryl Cole’s top rankings seem to be attributed to her popularity on the X-Factor given that the Girls Aloud calendar did not make it into the top twenty list either

Even with the popularity of I’m a Celeb, Katy Price was not able to make it onto the chart for 2009.
Also shocking is the fact that for the first time in over a decade Sir Cliff Richard is not in the top ten of calendar sales.
